Conditions of use
We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time and you the customer agree to review them periodically to ensure you are up to date with any changes to the agreement.
Full payment for both the product and the required delivery costs is required prior to delivery being arranged. If full payment is not received or if a transaction is cancelled, Boo and Mi at Home will accept no liability for any delays in delivery of the products. In entering into a transaction with Boo and Mi at Home you commit to accurately providing all essential information such as your address, contact details and valid payment details. We reserve the right to cancel or limit purchase orders. If this occurs we will endeavour to contact you with an explanation of such a decision.
Boo and Mi at Home do not hold any payment details other than general personal information such as your name, address, email address and telephone number. We will not at any point hold any credit card information and all payments / transactions are managed via secure payment merchants (PayPal and Stripe).
Any mistakes made by the customer on ordering or any request for cancellation should be communicated to Boo and Mi at Home as soon as possible via email@example.com. We will always try to rectify any mistakes and provide refunds if deemed appropriate however the customer remains liable for any costs incurred by Boo and Mi at Home such as delivery charges.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery charges are calculated separately to the listed price of the product. This will be calculated on checkout but further information can be found in our section on shipping.
Boo and Mi at Home aim to ensure you receive your purchased products in a timely manner. This may be up to 4-7 days although we will endeavour to reduce your waiting times wherever possible. This will account for 2-3 days for us to process your order and organise delivery.
Boo and Mi at Home use third party delivery services to complete fulfilment of transactions. Any delays or issues related to third party delivery services are out of the control of Boo and Mi at Home but we will endeavour to resolve any issues to your satisfaction in a timely manner.
Please ensure you provide accurate details of both the delivery location and any special requests related to delivery arrangements. Boo and Mi at Home do not accept any liability for mistakes related to inaccurate information provided on ordering.
Standard UK delivery of items will be second class however we would be happy to send first class for an additional cost should you request this.
